Am I eligible for a return?

We have complete confidence in our teeth whitening kit and know it's the best one on the market, so if you're not satisfied - we're not satisfied! That’s why we have a 30 day money back guarantee.

We absolutely guarantee that you'll see a difference after using our teeth whitening kit for 5 consecutive days. The longer you use it, the more your results will continue to improve. 

In the unlikely event that you find that this is not the case with your experience, please see the conditions below.

  1. Take a photo of your teeth before using our product.
  2. Use the product exactly as instructed.
  3. Take a photo of your teeth after completion of the product, along with a photo of the used product.
  4. Email our customer service team (info@enwhiteteeth.com) with the above
  5. Your application will be processed within 3 business days, once approved, send back your product.
  6. A refund will be processed once we have received the product back from you.

Our money back guarantee only applies for the first purchase of any of our teeth whitening kits and excludes shipping and all other products/future kit orders.

Your application must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product/s and the photos must have a valid date and time stamps. 

What should I do if I’ve received the incorrect product or a faulty product?

If you have received the incorrect product or the product you have received is faulty, please email info@enwhiteteeth.com with photos and we will assist you with this promptly.

Please ensure you reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and don’t dispose of the product, so we can assess your claim. 

Is there a warranty for the LED Device?

Your enWhite LED Device comes with a 12 month warranty. If you are having issues with your LED Device, please email info@enwhiteteeth.com and we will assist you in finding the best solution.

Please keep in mind that this excludes water damage, as the LED Device is not waterproof.
